シンプルな店構え

春木駅前に去年の６月に開店したての和食料理屋 三（ひふみ）に行ってきました。
友達の紹介で行ったのですが、シンプル過ぎる店構えで最初入るのに戸惑いましたが、大将と女将さん二人ともにこやかに対応して頂き、とても雰囲気も和やかで落ち着いた店内でした。
その季節ごとの旬の食材を取り揃え、驚いたのはメニューに値段が書いてなかったことでした。でも、大将が予算に合わせて おいしい料理を提供していただきました。
この日 食べたのは、うにだし巻きのあんかけ 豚の角煮 造りの盛り合わせ かき揚 竹の子の木の芽和え
ビールと焼酎を一杯づつ飲んで、１人６千円でした。
料理はどれも美味しくて、思ったほど高くもなくて、とても満足する内容でした。
また行きたいと思います。 |
